ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Quotes are valid for 30 days after which time the price may vary.
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Full payment of the order is required to start production.
Lead time begins with the receipt of the payment; timeframe can vary between 4 to 10 weeks from the time you placed the order.
The products will be shipped once the invoice is paid in full.
Customers in the UK will be charged UK VAT.
Welch Bespoke reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order due to erroneous information or payment not been received.
Welch Bespoke reserves the right to cancel an order if the product becomes unavailable.
New design can be made prior to written agreement between Welch Bespoke and the client defining: quote, time frame, lead time and general qualities.
QUALITY OF CRAFTSMANSHIP
All the products are handmade which can sometimes result in varied results. This is the beauty of hand-built products.
Due to the nature of natural materials such as timber, colour and grain pattern of the product may vary slightly from photos listed on the website.
Broken or damaged products during transit are responsibility of Welch Bespoke only if the transportation is carried out by Welch Bespoke. Notification must be sent within 48 hours.
All Welch Bespoke lampshades and installations are suited for indoor use only, if the products are installed outdoor damage can occur, which is outside of the responsibility of Welch Bespoke.
RETURNS/ REFUNDS POLICY
Our returns policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
We accept unwanted item returns for a full refund as long as we are notified of the return (by email) within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must then be returned to us within 14 days of this notification. The cost of the return must be paid by the customer and we must receive the item(s) back in un-installed, un-used and fully re-saleable condition. Once we have received the goods back, Hand & Eye will process the refund within 14 days. Please contact us for info on how to ship our fragile lights to minimise the chance of damage in transit and insure the goods.
Please note that for UK and EU customers we refund outbound shipping costs (but not any special delivery cost requested by the customer) however, for any non-EU customers we will refund the value of the goods but not the outbound shipping (sorry!).
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of discovering the fault, together with the copy of the invoice and a detailed explanation of the fault with photographs attached.
Only products returned in the original packaging and conditions will be eligible for returns, refund and exchange.
Welch bespoke reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without notice. Should this happen the updated Terms and Conditions are immediately effective and automatically supersede prior published information.
